Loox is a reviews app for Shopify built around photo and video reviews. It collects reviews after purchase and shows them on your product pages as social proof.
Connecting Crowny rewards the members who leave those reviews, so the content that convinces new shoppers also brings existing customers back to buy again.
Features
- Points for product reviews. Members earn points automatically when they review a product they bought, no codes, no manual crediting.
- Verified buyers and photo/video reviews. Only reward reviewers who actually bought the product, and require a photo when you want the reviews that convert best.
- You decide when points land. Award points the moment a review is submitted, or wait until you have published it.
- No farming. Only reviews written after you connect, by customers in your loyalty program, earn points. Existing and imported reviews are never rewarded.
